    For the ultimate gooey experience, warm them for 10–15 seconds before enjoying.

  • Our cookies arrive sealed in their individual packaging to maintain freshness.

    Once opened, store them in an airtight container at room temperature to preserve their texture and flavour. Avoid refrigeration, as it can dry them out.

    Cookies can also be frozen for up to 1 month. Simply warm for a few seconds before enjoying.

  • All products contain wheat and dairy.
    Some flavours contain nuts.

    Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles allergens.
    Please contact us before ordering if you have specific concerns.

  • Orders are baked fresh on the day of dispatch to ensure maximum freshness.

    If your order is placed before 12PM (Monday–Thursday), it will be dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to maintain freshness.

    Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched on the following working day.

  • Yes, you can customise your box by selecting your preferred flavours, subject to availability.
